Maximin is a lead evaluation officer at IOE. Before joining IFAD, Max Kodjo served as monitoring and evaluation expert for the Technical Cooperation Programme of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in Vienna (Austria). Prior to this, he held several positions, including Monitoring and Evaluation Component Manager for FAO - National Programme of Food Security (NPFS) in Abuja (Nigeria), Senior Advisor for research and evaluation at the African Regional Office of the International Planned Parenthood Federation in Nairobi (Kenya). He also lectured agricultural economics at the Faculty of Agronomy Sciences of Abomey Calavi University (Benin).
