Shaun is an Administrative Associate in IOE, and is responsible for monitoring and managing the divisional budget. He also works in Evaluation Communication Unit, where he is responsible for the editorial quality control of the evaluation reports published by the office. Before joining IOE in 2016, Shaun worked for almost ten years in IFAD's East and Southern Africa Division, where he supported the administration and implementation of projects and programmes from HQ and in the field. Prior to IFAD, Shaun worked at the Centre for Financial and Management Studies at the University of London.
