Federica is an evaluation assistant and she provides support to the corporate and thematic evaluation team. Before joining IOE in 2021, she worked briefly at IFAD in the Office of the General Counsel. Prior to IFAD, Federica worked for several years in the United Nations secretariat (DPO, former DPKO and DPPA), as well as UNOPS and OSCE as electoral expert. Within the UN and the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, she has also worked as executive assistant to senior management.
