The Independent Office of Evaluation of IFAD (IOE) made a presentation on 12 March 2015 at the Fourth Conference of ReLAC, a regional network on Monitoring and Evaluation in the Latin America and the Caribbean region, introducing and explaining the country programme evaluation methodology and practices at IFAD within a dedicated panel meeting co-organized with evaluation offices of UNDP and FAO, with a view to sharing approaches, experience and lessons learned in country-level evaluations.
