The 2025 IDEAS International Conference will take place on 4-6 March 2025, at FAO, in Rome. The Independent Office of Evaluation of IFAD (IOE) is among the main sponsors of conference, which is entitled Multi-dimensional Evaluation for Influence and Transformation, and is organised by IDEAS jointly with the Independent Evaluation Office (IEO) of the New Development Bank (NDB).

IOE will provide substantive intellectual contributions to the event, by participating in four main sessions and one workshop. Dr Indran A. Naidoo, IOE Director, will speak in three of these sessions, which include the plenary panel discussion. Other IOE staff members who will deliver remarks and presentations are Dr Kouessi Maximin Kodjo, Lead Evaluation Officer, Dr Mònica Lomeña-Gelis, Senior Evaluation Officer, and Massiel Jiménez, Evaluation Research Analyst.
