Leonardo is an Evaluation Analyst and Junior Professional Officer at IOE. He is currently contributing to a corporate-level evaluation on knowledge management at IFAD and conducting project-level evaluations. Prior to joining IOE, Leonardo worked as Economist with the FAO Investment Center, supporting the design and implementation of investment projects and programmes in Africa. He previously worked with IFAD’s Sustainable Production, Markets and Institutions and as freelance consultant for the UK’s Department for International Development and Riders for Health, among others.
