Oanh Nguyen is a Lead Evaluation Officer at IOE. Prior to joining IOE, she worked as the Regional Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor at the UNFPA Arab States Regional Office where she was responsible for providing substantive guidance and technical support for monitoring and evaluation of the UNFPA regional and country programmes in the Arab States region. Prior to this, she worked at the Independent Evaluation Office of UNDP in New York, where she was responsible for leading corporate-level global thematic evaluations as well as independent country-level evaluations. Prior to joining UNDP, she worked at IOE, IFAD.
