The Independent Office of Evaluation of IFAD (IOE) will conduct a project performance evaluation (PPE) of the Post-Tsunami Sustainable Livelihoods Programme for the Coastal Communities of Tamil Nadu in the Republic of India.

The PPE will assess project results and impact based on the project completion report validation and a field mission. Undertaken after the completion of an IFAD-funded operation, the PPE generates findings and recommendations that can inform other projects funded by IFAD.
