On 5 April, Indran A. Nadioo, IOE Director, will deliver a lecture at the Yale University School of Management (YUSM). Entitled ‘Research in action through independent evaluation for change’. The lecture will form part of YUSM’s course on Programme Evaluation. During the lecutre, Dr Naidoo will address the issues of: evaluation and independence; methodological pluralization; crossing boundaries: audit and evaluation working collaboratively; and Psychological dimensions of evaluation: building a humanized approach for better results.
