The objective of this seminar was to share knowledge on conducting impact evaluations at IFAD. IOE presented emerging lessons (on findings, methodology, managerial issues and limitations) from its first impact evaluation conducted in 2013 on the IFAD-funded Sri Lanka Dry Zone Livelihood Support and Partnership Programme. The Statistics and Studies for Development Division provided an update on the conduct of impact evaluations at IFAD as a part of IFAD's 9th Replenishment commitments.
