The Independent Office of Evaluation of IFAD had the opportunity to share its evaluation knowledge and experience by participating in the 2014 Spring Meeting of the Evaluation Cooperation Group (ECG) of the Multilateral Development Banks on 29-30 April. The event was hosted by the Independent Evaluation Department of the African Development Bank in their capacity as chair of the ECG this year, and took place at the Bank's Southern Africa Resource Centre, in Centurion, South Africa. The ECG meeting was preceded by a one day meeting with sub-regional development finance institutions on Monday 28 April.
