The 11th International conference of the African Evaluation Society will take place in Kigali, Rwanda, from the 18th to the 22nd of March 2024. The conference will provide a platform for professionals, researchers, students and policymakers worldwide to share insights, best practices and innovations in the field of monitoring and evaluation. Dr Kouessi Maximin Kodjo, Lead Evaluation Officer at IOE attended the event.

Dr Kodjo will deliver a presentation during the strand on ‘evidence generation, use and application in African political governance system’ – one of the twelve of the conference’s extremely rich programme. In his session, he will focus on the approach, findings and conclusions of the sub-regional evaluation of countries with fragile situations in West and Central Africa.
