On 12 July, the Independent Office of Evaluation (IOE) held a learning event on the 2016 Annual Report on Results and Impact of IFAD Operations (ARRI) including its learning theme on knowledge management.

IOE presented the results of IFAD operations based on independent evaluations and highlight cross-cutting/systemic issues and lessons learned that need attention in the future to further strengthen the Fund's development effectiveness.
