On 8-10 October, the 3^rd annual meeting of IOE’s Evaluation Advisory Panel will take place at IFAD headquarters. This will be the first meeting of the 2^nd EAP, which comprises Dr Juha I. Uitto, Visiting Scholar at Environmental Law Institute and former Director of the Independent Evaluation Office of the Global Environmental Facility; Dr Doha M. Abdelhamid, Senior Consultant and Senior International Evaluation Expert at the Islamic Bank for Development Group; and Dr Mita Marra, Associate Professor of Economic Policy at the Department of Social Sciences of the University of Naples.

IFAD Senior Management and distinguished Member State representatives will attend the event, which will provide advice to IOE on several strategic issues and pay special attention to following up on areas for methodological development.
