Johanna Pennarz, IOE Lead Evaluation Officer, will present the context, analysis and lessons emerging from the evaluation synthesis report on government performance, during the evaluation practitioners network session at the UK Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy.

In her presentation, Ms Pennarz will also address the history of IOE, the core principles of IFAD evaluations, IFAD’s evaluation architecture, and the foundations of the 2022 Evaluation Manual.
