On 25 October, Independent Office of Evaluation (IOE) held an internal learning event to share and discuss the main findings and recommendations arising from a recent evaluation synthesis report on IFAD’s Support to Scaling Up of Results conducted by the Independent Office of Evaluation of IFAD (IOE).

The objectives of this evaluation synthesis were to draw, from past evaluative experience, lessons, highlight good practices, factors of success and identify risks and potential limitations in IFAD’s support to scaling up of results; and formulate recommendations that can further strengthen the design and implementation of IFAD policies, strategies and operations that have scaling up potential.
