Corporate-level Evaluation on the IFAD Policy for Grant Financing - IOE
In 2014, IOE completed a Corporate-level Evaluation on the IFAD Policy for Grant Financing.
As a final step before its presentation to the December 2014 Executive Board, IOE held a learning event dedicated to this evaluation and to share and discuss findings and recommendations.
The objectives of this evaluation were to:
- assess the performance of the IFAD Policy for Grant Financing (in terms of relevance, effectiveness and efficiency); and
- generate findings and recommendations that will inform IFAD's strategic directions and priorities for future grant activities.
