The 2013 extraordinary Annual General Meeting of the United Nations Evaluation Group (UNEG) was successfully held for the first time at IFAD headquarters on 26-27 September. Directors of evaluation or their representatives from around 30 United Nations specialized agencies, programmes and funds attended the meeting. The main outcome was the adoption of the UNEG strategy for 2014-2019. The IFAD President delivered introductory remarks by video at the outset of the meeting.
