Alexander is a communications and knowledge management (KM) expert, specialized in crafting strategies at the highest levels within the UN system. Across UN Headquarters, Alexander has given shape to the campaigns, statements, reports, media relations, on-line presence and communication deliverables of senior-most UN officials including the UN Secretary-General, ECLAC Executive Secretary, Under- and Assistant-Secretary-Generals , as well as of international policy makers, at ministerial level, and global leaders, including H.R.H. Queen Maxima of The Netherlands. At grassroots level, Alexander has led KM projects on-the-ground in twenty countries, spanning Latin America and the Caribbean, South-East Asia, the Near East, and North, South, East, West and Central Africa.
