Jeanette is an evaluation officer. She has led and supported evaluations at the project and country level and conducted evaluation syntheses. Before working in the Independent Office of Evaluation, she mainly worked in the area of agricultural and rural development, providing technical thematic expertise to projects and supporting research, operations and knowledge management. She has contributed to the design, supervision and evaluation of rural and agricultural development projects in sub-Saharan Africa and South East Asia. Before IFAD, she worked for the Water Research centre in the UK and provided consultancy services to international development agencies including non-governmental organizations.
