Eoghan is an Evaluation Officer at IOE, and currently serves as evaluation focal point for gender and for disability inclusion. He leads project evaluations in Africa and Asia, and coordinates validations of project completion reports. Prior to joining IFAD, he worked as an evaluation specialist with FAO Office of Evaluation, supporting country evaluations and thematic and strategic evaluations at the corporate level; the Development Centre of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development in Paris; and the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific in Bangkok.
