This publication presents the results of the Resilient Food Systems programme which aims to strengthen policy dialogue and decision-making in 12 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa.
It reviews the transformations that occurred under the programme and analyzes key lessons learned to strengthen rural communities’ resilience through sustainably managing natural resources.
