Laura has more than 20 years of experience in IFAD and in IOE, mostly in the Director and Deputy front offices in IOE. She has the lead responsibility for assisting the Director in the coordination, liaison, organisational and logistical aspects related to the implementation of IFAD Evaluation Policy, the annual work programme and the management of IOE front office. She supports the preparation of the new Evaluation Manual and the IOE multiyear evaluation strategy. She also collaborates with other teams in IOE to support the production of the Annual Report on Results and Impact of IFAD Operations (ARRI) and to coordinate the undertaking of Project Completion Report Validations.
