This report describes the participation of the Independent Office of Evaluation of IFAD (IOE) in 7th National Evaluation Capacities (NEC 7) conference, which took place at the ITC-ILO Conference and Training Centre, Turin, Italy, from 25-28 October 2022, and provides key multi-media resources. By highlighting the evolution of NEC over the past decade, the report shows the comprehensiveness of the series in advancing evaluation thought leadership and training materials globally. The NEC series has been at the forefront of discussions by countries in the areas of evaluation principles, use and transformation, advancement and measurement of progress towards SDGs, and the question of evaluation systems for resilience and good governance.
