The Independent Office of Evaluation of IFAD (IOE) organized a dissemination event on the corporate-level evaluation of IFAD’s decentralization experience. The event was held on 7 November 2023, in the Oval Room, from 14.00-16.00 hrs CET, in a hybrid manner.

The purpose of the learning event was to facilitate better understanding across IFAD of the key evaluation findings and recommendations; and to promote organization-wide discussions around how the CLE can inform the ongoing and future efforts to strengthen decentralization initiatives.
