Steven is a social inclusion and rural development expert with more than fifteen years of experience. He joined IOE from IFAD where he worked as Senior Technical Specialist on Gender and Social Inclusion in the Environment, Climate, Gender and Social Inclusion Division. Prior to this, Steven also worked in other IFAD divisions, including the East and Southern Africa Division, Policy and Technical Advisory Division, West and Central Africa Division and Belgian Fund for Food Security Joint Programme. His earlier work experience includes: Acompañamiento Organizacional para el Desarrollo in Ecuador and the secretariat of the International Land Coalition.
