Fabrizio Felloni and Kouessi Maximin Kodjo, respectively Deputy Director and Lead Evaluation Officer at IOE, will represent the Office during the 2023 Canadian Evaluation Society Conference.

On 21 May 2023, Dr Kodjo will deliver a presentation titled ‘Addressing change complexity by applying a system approach to evaluate complex rural development interventions’, In his presentation, Dr. Kodjo will explain how complex issues are linked to IFAD-supported operations, and discuss what are the related implications for evaluating the Fund’s interventions. In this context, Dr. Kodjo will focus on using Theory of Change models and applying conceptual analytical frameworks to address complexity.

On 22 May 2022, Mr Felloni will act as a panelist during the session titled 'Evaluation for Transformational Change: Lessons and way forward'.
